Curse Break is a single-player reverse bullet hell roguelike where you play as a woman cursed by a mangkukulam and trapped on a haunted island. The curse draws in monsters from Philippine mythology—like the aswang, manananggal, kapre, and tikbalang—and you must survive relentless waves while searching for a way to lift the curse.

Choose from various powers, blessings, and relics to create unique builds and survive the supernatural siege as long as you can.

System

As you defeat enemies or collect your meter will fill. You can claim abilities like the Santelmo and Agimat by pressing the claim buttons. While in Power- up mode, the meter gradually depletes. but you won’t lose a life. Pressing the Power-up button again during Power- ups unleashes a devastating Projectiles, stuns enemies which consumes half of the remaining meter if any is left.

Scoring

• slashing enemies at close range increases your score and causes more to drop, allowing you to charge the Agimat buffs
• Each enemy defeated in Power-up increases chances of using other available Agimat buffs
